Zoncy Heavenly is an interdisciplinary artist from southern Myanmar working across performance, sound, installation, photography, and poetry. Her practice explores embodied memory, feminist resistance, and the lasting impacts of conflict and displacement. She co-founded the Diverze Youth Art Platform to promote minority rights and cultural self-empowerment in Myanmar. Zoncy’s work has been presented internationally, and she has held fellowships at Akademie Schloss Solitude, DAAD Artists-in-Berlin, and TIER’s Weltoffenes Berlin Program. Currently, she is a Human Rights Defender Scholarship awardee of the Elisabeth-Selbert-Initiative by ifa Germany. Through art, she creates spaces of reflection, healing, and political reimagination.
